About Us - Zafra PR INC

Hello, My name is Hector (Javi) Martinez, and I’ve had the privilege of serving as the President of Zafra PR, Inc. for more than a year now and informally serving my community for more than two decades. I’m on a journey to revitalize my hometown of the Central Aguirre District of Salinas and restore the quality of life and community I grew up in decades ago.

The Central Aguirre District of Salinas, Puerto Rico is located on the south-central coast of the island, known for its breathtaking barrier islands, coral reefs, manatees, mangroves and thriving aquatic life. Before the turn of the century, the Central Aguirre district of Salinas was a thriving community at the center of the island’s sugar production and export trade – a beacon of economic success, quality of life and community resiliency. Despite adversity, this resilient community has stood together to maintain a meaningful quality of life. We are here to change the course of Salinas and then the world.
